Dr. Virender Sekhon has a broad spectrum of treatment modalities for the treatment of underlying urinary tract disorder. Dr. Sekhon uses the latest and advanced technology for surgery and works according to ethics in favor of patients’ health.

Paediatric Urology

Pediatric urologists are trained to focus care on the special needs of children and their parents – even on potentially sensitive and embarrassing subjects related to genitalia and urinary tract.

Urinary Tract Infection

It is the organs in your body that make, store, and get rid of urine, one of the waste products of your body. Urine is made in the kidneys and travels down to the bladder through the ureters.

Posterior Urethral Valves

Posterior urethral valves, also called PUVs, are a rare birth defect that happens only in infants assigned male at birth.

Kidney Swelling

Hydronephrosis is a condition, affecting about 1 in 100 babies, where urine overfills or backs up into the kidney, causing the kidney to swell. Infants with hydronephrosis may be diagnosed.

Small Penile Length

Micropenis is a medical term for a small but normally structured penis. Hormonal or genetic factors can cause this condition. This condition is normally noted during the newborn.

Urine Leak

Urination normally works for children and adults, too. The bladder, a small balloon-shaped organ receives and stores urine produced by the kidneys.

Bladder Exstrophy

Bladder exstrophy is a rare birth defect in which the bladder develops outside the fetus. The exposed bladder can’t store urine or function normally, resulting in urine leakage.

Inguinal Hernia

It is a defect or weakness of the abdominal wall where tissue, typically intestines or fat can project through and cause a bulge. Hernias tend to be common in adults, but also affect children.

Varicocele

Varicocele is a common disorder that enlarges the veins in your scrotum. Your scrotum is the pouch of skin behind your penis that typically contains your testes (testicles).

Testicular Implant

A prosthesis is any artificial device used to replace a body part. When a male is either born without a testicle or must have one removed because of an injury or disease.

Torsion Testis

Testicular torsion is a painful twisting of a boy’s testicles and spermatic cord. The spermatic cord is a set of nerves, ducts, and blood vessels that leads from the groin to the testicles.

Bladder Tumors

Bladder cancer develops when cells in the bladder begin to grow abnormally, forming a tumor in the bladder. The most common type of bladder cancer is urothelial bladder cancer.

Kidney Stones

A kidney stone is a hard object that is made from chemicals in the urine. There are four types of kidney stones: calcium oxalate, uric acid, struvite, and cystine.

Hypospadias

Hypospadias is a birth defect where the urethra doesn’t develop properly in a baby’s penis. The urethra is the tube that carries urine and sperm through the penis to exit the body.

Bedwetting

Bedwetting refers to the involuntary urination that occurs during sleep in children who are old enough to have established bladder control during the day.
